How does AgroChain Cart handle logistics? +
We coordinate with a network of cold-chain logistics partners to handle pickup from farms and last-mile delivery to buyers. Our platform optimizes routes automatically. Farmers don't need to arrange transport — we handle it end to end.
When do farmers get paid? +
Farmers on the Growth and Institutional plans receive payouts within 2 business days of order confirmation. Starter plan farmers receive weekly batch payouts. All payments are processed through our secure payments infrastructure.
Can restaurants and retailers set recurring orders? +
Yes. Business buyers can configure standing weekly or bi-weekly orders from preferred farms, with automated reorder and budget controls. Our Growth and Institutional plans include standing order management as a core feature.
