    How quickly will I get a response?
    We respond to all emails within 2 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm EST) and within 4 hours on Saturdays. Sunday emails are answered first thing Monday morning. We never use auto-responders — every reply comes from a real person.
    I'm a farmer. How do I get listed?
    Email us at info@agrochaincart.com with your farm name, location, what you grow, and approximate annual volume. We'll schedule a 20-minute onboarding call and get your listings live within 48 hours of verification. Starter listings are completely free.
    Can restaurants set up recurring orders?
    Yes. Business accounts on our Growth and Institutional plans can configure standing weekly or bi-weekly orders from preferred farms, with automated reorder triggers and budget controls. Email us and we'll set up a demo of the business procurement dashboard.
    Do you work with school districts?
    Absolutely. Our institutional portal handles USDA procurement compliance documentation, volume pricing, multi-school contracts, and budget reporting automatically. Email info@agrochaincart.com with the subject "Institutional Procurement" and we'll fast-track your enquiry.
    Is AgroChain Cart available in my state?
    We're currently live in California, Oregon, Washington, Colorado, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Texas. We're expanding to 12 additional states in Q3 2026. If you're outside these states, email us — we may be able to accommodate you on our waitlist.
    I'm a journalist. Who should I contact?
    Email info@agrochaincart.com with the subject line "Media Inquiry" and include your publication, deadline, and the angle you're covering. We turn around press requests within 4 hours and can arrange interviews with our founder, Mary Nyamvumba, and farmer partners.
    How do farmers receive payment?
    Farmers on Growth and Institutional plans receive payouts within 2 business days of order confirmation. Starter plan farmers receive weekly batch payouts. All payments are processed through our secure payments infrastructure with full transaction history available in your dashboard.
    Can I invest in or partner with AgroChain Cart?
    We're always open to conversations with aligned investors, logistics partners, agricultural co-operatives, and technology partners. Email info@agrochaincart.com with a brief description of who you are and what you have in mind. Strategic conversations are handled directly by our founder.
